Villa Accomodations

Has anyone stayed in a villa in PV before and could you provide advice. I have a reservation at the end of July. Have stayed in Krystal Vallarta on previous trips and just need to know any differences I should be prepared for.

Luckily, the particular villa I have chosen has both a houseman and a cook.

To be more specific, I suppose I need to know something about local custom such as tipping staff, when and how much, and special considerations such as the one you mentioned about tour arrangements, etc.
