Villa de Palmar - good or not so good

Hi,
In November we have booked a unit here. I would appreciate any comments positive or negative in regards to the Villa de Palmar. How is the beach, accommodations, staff , or anything else that may be of interest.

We are staying at the Villa de Palmar the beginning of June. I have been on many message boards inquiring about this hotel and have only herd good things. The only negative thing I herd was the time share sales pitch they try to give you, but I have herd from many of the hotels. I have herd the beach was nice too!
For those of you who will be there before us I would love to hear your comments and advice on this hotel and PV in general.
