Villa Del Mar?

Stayed at the Villa Del Palmar next door, but has anyone stayed at this property?
I know the area okay, but was wondering about the kitchens and the room layouts.
Is it just as nice? Thanks. John

I have stayed at both. Both have recently been redecorated and are pretty much on par with each other. Del Mar now has an elevator so no more hassle with luggage if you have a room upstairs. Palmar has the ocean front view and del mar has the garden and pool setting.

We are staying at the Villa Del Palmar in mid november and we were wondering if anyone had any comments on it? Can you tell us how far it is to the old town? I tried to get on their website, but it seems to be down right now. All I can find is on the RCI site and even the map link doesnt work on there...lol...technology is frustrating
