Vacationing in January 2009. Is the Villa del Palmar still undergoing construction/renovations?

I am sorry - the frozen tundra of MN has frozen my brain.

I meant to say that I will travel in Jan of 2010. Does anyone know about this hotel? I sure would appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

Villa del Palmar
We just returned from a week at the resort and it looks great. They seem to be doing some final maintenance touches like touchup paint and regrouting some walkways but it looks great.
