villa del palmar flamingos

Am thinking of booking Villa del Palmar Flamingos in early Feb. A few questions:

Will the ongoing construction affect our stay? If so how? Any info on kids programs ? Should I book AI, if not are there other options nearby the resort?

the best thing to do is call them and ask ....but iam pretty sure that the construction is pretty minimal.....enjoy!

I just found my favourite Tequila at the La PLAYA liquor shop downtown----only 250 pesos, things keep getting better LOL.

What tequila was that??? I am looking to get my favorite and last time was cheapest at the la playa near olas altas y basillo badillo? Do they have rental of beach stuff at flmaingos?? mainly talking about boogie boards?

When we were there we did not see any rental stuff, that is not to say that there wasn\"t any.
