does anyone know about this time share? i just inherited a week every other year to be used there or other places....how does a timeshare hotel work?

I have owned at Villa Del Palmar since 1995 only stayed there I think 3 times. Never had a bad
experience. It trades well especially if you have at least a 1 bedroom or larger. My week is floating and

As far as resorts in the hotel zone for PV I would say it is definately average if not a little above. As far as hotel zone
it is in a good location, bus stops just south of the resort.

Th VDP is a CLASS ACT - its all kept up 100% and the beach, staff, grounds are top notch - i wouldnt stay anywhere else in PV
