okdokee sorry for the late reply lol.... but i have been busy. i just got back form the villas recently and i loved it. it was clean and tidy and the staff were excellent...i liked that we got to use the canto and we ate there. if we wanted to relax we hung out at the villas. i have heard on tripadvisor it was a bad place and blah blah blah but i think that these were probably written by more seasoned travellers who were used to a 4 and 5 star reosrts. since i am just a po lil ndn LMAO this place was pretty ritzy to me. i found that they were constantly cleaning and always helpful. the hotel itslef is pretty sprawling actually. it is much larger than it appeares and i am glad we had a room right poolside. because some people we met had rooms deep in the hotel and sed they had got lost lol. i donno what i else i can tell you if you have a specific question please email me and i will answer.... btw we didnt do the pub crawl that was promoted as we met lots of people who went and they thought it was pretty lame. we just walked down to the malecon and bar hopped without a chaperone! lol we had a blast.... definately go snorkelling with chicos and do the los veranos canopy tour! they were awesome... i have pictures of the hotel and our room at www.queenandcrowmexico.photosite.com
