Does anyone have any info on the condition of the viva Vallarta in Punta Mita? We are headed there the 22 of Nov? Thanks!

Heard from my travel agent today that Viva Vallarta is fine - some debris in pool and on beach, but cleanup should be complete soon. My family and I arrive 11/5 - our first trip to PV. I was glad to hear that the hotel is in good shape.
