Weather in Oct. - Allegro Resort

Looking at booking a trip the end of Oct. I know that is the rainy season for the Cancun area. What about PV?

Has anyone stayed at the Occidental Grand Nuevo Vallarta lately? What water sports are included (kayaks, hobbie cats, boogie boards, etc.). Will my 14, 10 and 6 year old boys find enough to do?

Usually the rainy season is over at the end of Sept beginning of October. But you can get a surprise on rare occasion. We have been going for 20 years in mid to late October and recall very few days that would be considered a wipeout. Eve last year when we were there during Kenna, it was just that one day that kept us at our Suite.
