Hey there Chuck, well maybe Lorrie and I will have to come down and celebrate with you... we \"were\" to leave in two weeks for GCP... but at the end of December we bought a new condo in Ankeny Iowa, had to pay rent on the apartment for January, plus still have the house in Grundy Center for sell... so we had rent, three utility bills for the month of january, and now the new mortgage on the condo and the new bridge loan on the house... DAMN talk about cash drain... so right now we have postponed our trip until we get the house in Grundy sold...
