Going to stay at the Villa del Mar 16 thru 20 what shape is it in ,and is it a nice place to stay at ?

I was wondering if the Villa Del Palmar is also in good shape. We are going there Feb. 15. From what I can gather it is adjacent to Villa Del Mar (they have the same address). We booked through RCI. Any other info you can think of that we can use?
