I made a spur of the moment reservation through orbitz to stay at the villa del palmar hotel the week of april 10, however now that i am reading reviews of the hotel it says they are known to overbook at this hotel and when you arrive they may send their guests miles away to a different hotel. is there anyway to prevent this from happening and if they try to do this what should i do?
