which hotel/resort

Me and my buddies are planning to go to PV in a couple of months and were wondering which hotel would be best suited for us...preferably with ppl the same age (18-20) and close to the beach and bars. The cheaper the better

stay small ... live large
My suggestion is to stay in town at one of the half dozen cheap places that have a good rep and then just day trip to the exclusive and expensive beach front resorts.
