Whirlpool or gym at the Royal Decameron?

Could anyone please tell us if there is an exercise room or whirlpool at the deCameron. We have been reading all these wonderful things about that resort! Also, which building is recommended to stay in? Thank-you!

I dont recall any gym, and not sure of the whirlpool either...bldg4 was good for us
