hi candi. We have been to p.v. 5 times in november. The weather has always been hot hot hot, everytime. It has never rained in p.v. when we have been there. Mazatlan on the other hand has rained during our stay.

Hurricanes come and go but the weather in Puerto Vallarta is gorgeous.
