World of Vacations

Have read several posts where people have booked with Signature and they seem to be very accomodating with requests to change destinations and hotels in PV. We are having a difficult time with World of Vacations they do not return correspondence or phone calls. The only reply I have received from my agent it that they will change accomodations or desitnations if you pay an additional $50. This is the last time I book with World of Vacations. Has anyone received similar treatment?

This is the customer relations desk and I have had great sucess with them . they will ususally respond in short order and are more than resonable with requests.

My agent is useless and inexperienced. I did try emailing World of Vacations twice with no luck. Will definetly try again. Has anyone been transferred to other hotels in Pv other than the one they booked with World of Vacations. Was it an upgrade?
