WRIST BANDS FOR HOTELS

Hi Guys and Gals..


Do the hotels in PV issue there guest wrist bands to be safe people are not sneaking
in there hotels or resorts..??

yes they do Karina.... every hotel has their logo and color sceems for the week or month .... and it works well when you show the taxi driver where you want to go as well when you are coming out of the bars....

Is this the case for all resorts or only all inclusive?

no most hotels have identification wrist bands... not just the all inclusives.... the Krystal has yellow bands on in february..

Is the wrist band thing new?? We stayed at the Krystal for 10years--have shifted to Bucerias since 2003. Never had wrist bands at the Krystal.

The Krystal does not have wristbands for all guests. The yellow ones are for the people in the new building, I guess they get breakfast or something. All hotels do not use the bands, but some do (obviously).

Yes the wrist band are fairly new. They used to be only for the AI places, but now most/all hotels have them. The bad part of this is when walking the beach, I would like to sometimes tour the other resorts, but the security gaurds are usually watching. Los Tules and the Feista Americana starting using the bands last year.
