Your HELP is NEEDED!!!

It sounds like your travel agent is letting you down. They are getting a fee to take care of these kind of problems. They have a lot of influence over these companies. If not get ahold of the insurance company.

The group that I will be traveling with was also displaced by Kenna, we were relocated from Las Palmas to the C. Flamingo by our travel agent through Fun Jet Vacations. I was not contacted for more money. I do hope that your accomedations are straightened out soon. Good Luck!
