Arriving wed. 30th-any info appreciated!

hi laffalot,
i only received some info about vallarta this morning, so till now no update.
all shops at malecon complete gone, in some place there was 1,5 mtrs of water , and streets now full of mud , dirt, bricks, stones . i hope they can manage it before my arrival then you are okay aswell. if not i will chase them up , in order to be ready before you arrive.
where you see these pictures of vallarta ?? pls advise i have to leave tommorow evening for the flight 29oct.

Returned from Velas Vallarta on Sunday pm. The pool nearest the ocean is/was full of sand. The other pools are open. The staff at Velas could not have been any better during this devastating time. The people of PV have never been through anything like this before, however they are still smiling and working their butts off to clean up and get back to normal. Even at that it will take months and years to recover from the storm. You will have a blast! Enjoy.
