Not sure if Puerto Vallarta has a Fat Tuesday but...they do have a Foam Party Sunday to Monday... I think :D . I am sure you will get lots of help here.

in PV there are so many clubs and bars that cater to just about anybody and everybody from ages 18 to 98.... all you have to do is get down town to the Malecon and start walking listening to the beat the will trip your trigger, go inside and PARTY... then there are all the usual party traps, Senor Frogs, Carlos O Briens, etc...

go and have a good time in Vallarta...
