Hello - I just thought I would put in my 2 cents worth here...I am 26 years old...I have been to Mazatlan during Spring Break - WOAH - and I have been to Cancun and Cozumel (not during spring break) I am planning my first trip to PV the 14th thru the 21st of Jan. So I cannot tell you
about PV, but I can the others. I am thinking PV is more laid back than the others, I really enjoyed Cancun (6 times) I think this would be my best bet for you college students to go to. Also, Mazatlan is great! I am probably going to get my mind changed when I get to PV and it is way crazier than both - who knows!!
