Be prepared to shell out lots of $$$$ to play the golf course at Punta Mita. Green fees were $180.00US (approx $300 Cdn) at the end of October. Apparently, it is very comparable to Pebble Beach.

Ooops...realize now that you were asking about the golf course in Nuevo Vallarta. There is a new one being built, not opened yet, but very soon. The other one, near the resort is Flamingos, with golf fees approx. $40.00 US. There is a golf course at the Marina.

February 28,2003 On Feb 2-9, 2003, we took a group of 78 to the Club and Grand Marival.We have never had such a wonderful trip and stayed at such an accomodating resort. We experienced very few problems but any we had were handled swiftly. ALL of the amenities of the resort were outstanding. We had two group dinners (Italian and Mexican) and they were handled very professionally. Two private cocktail parties were excellent.
So much to do that all in our group found activities that pleased them.
They DO have internet service--three computers were available in the business center.
Charge, I believe, was $2.50 for 15 minutes. Pricier than in town but less than using telephones. I bought phone card in the gift shop and used it in the pay phone in the lobby. It worked out to be about $.50 US per minute.
While the amenities in this resort are very nice, it is the wonderful staff that makes a visit
memorable. The staff here and all of the people of Puerto Vallarta that we met were friendly and helpful.
