How are the beaches in Nuevo?

Just booked into a new hotel in Nuevo. Grand Velas hotel and Spa. Has anyone seen or been there. I want a nice beach this year. How is the food? Never stayed in Nuevo but PV is only a cab/bus a way

Beaches are wonderful. almost 12 miles of sandy beach to walk, lots of shells to find, marine life, we have seen turtles, dolphins, flying fish, all close to shore. Wide wide beaches, you will not be disappointed. Drove by your hotel, it looks super.........
We were in that area for 2 weeks in March and are going for another week this month.
