My trip did not start well. M:-(
To begin with it, the plane instead of leaving at 5 am left Vancouver almost at 7 pm. We were a little upset that we lost half a day of our holidays and of course the compensation was $150.00 if we fill a form for our next use of Skyservise, mmmm… I don’t know if I want to use this airline next time though.:-|3
When we got there was already pass midnight and we got a street view instead of ocean view, next day Signature rep. in PV told us that they don’t guaranteed the reservation and we were at the mercy of the Hotel of course we were at the busy time and they want to charge us $20.00 extra per day if we want the room; the rep. in PV which was not to helpful either, he look like it was force to talk to us, we decide to stick with the room which it was not bad, the bonus on this was the silence air condition and the balcony, which we used to seat early morning or late night( wherever) and refresh our self after a good night of eating and drinking.
Beside this, the people of the hotel were very friendly; we even got pizza for the front desk people and the bell boy, we did not wanted to get upset or spoil our holidays so we did not take it on them. At the end of our trip they did not charge us for the local phone calls that I did. It pays off to be nice. Ok enough on this.>:)<
As soon we got change the same day we arrive, we decide to walk around, we still had some energy to do it and we strike gold, we found the take out litre place, wherever alcohol beverage you want for $7.00, they don’t measure the grams, if it looks enough that is it and usually they put more than enough8V8
Sunday and Monday we walk around the Malecon and Zona Romantica, we walk a lot to get from one point to another, this is because we wanted it; when we were a bit too tired we take the bus during the day and some times we take the taxi back to the hotel, they charge us between $3 and $4.
Tuesday we took the bus to Wal-Mart that was 4.5 pesos and then we took the bus to Bucerias, I am glad that I do speak Spanish which it make it easier to asked where to get out and where to take the bus back.
Bucerias was very nice we had already eaten at the Pancake House so we decide to stay in a restaurant with tables and chairs on the beach and we asked for the buck of 5 beers for $45.00 pesos that is nothing. We did some of our shopping in here, after we came back we went to try to find a place to dance but everything was kind of dead and walking around we found Andales where a couple of friends that used to live in Vancouver now they are working in PV were walking down the street and they though it was me, at first they were not sure if it was me but they walk back to confirmed it was me it was very funny to see my face when I saw them. We walk to the next door and it was Apaches, we had a great time there enough that after that we came back every day, we felt welcome, of course the owners are two wonderful gay women.E)E
