INCREDIBLE!! Our 1st PV trip (Paradise Village Resort)

Great report Tiff. :D Glad you had such a good time and got over the fear of the swimsuit issue. Sorry to hear about your Grandpa. Are the kids already asking when they can go back? Mine usually asks before we even get home. :lol:

I forgot to add, hubby and I left the kids w/my folks and we went to the Mexican Fiesta night the resort put on. All you could eat and all you could drink!! We had such a wonderful time!!! they also gave you these little cups to wear around your neck and while you walked around, they had people stationed around that would grab your cup as you walked by and pour you a shot of tequila. I lost count of mine!!! I also lost count of how many drinks I had, and learned something rather important. I learned that after that many drinks, I can NOT walk across a long pole that is set across the deep end of the pool to try and get a bottle of tequila that is set in a net at the end as a prize. (this is especially bad since I am a former gymnast and a current coach of the state championship team!!) I made it maybe half way. The other thing i learned very shortly after is that after all those drinks, i still can NOT swim. Thank goodness for all the goodlooking people they had stationed in the pool for fools like me. Again, the next lesson, a while linen laced tank top is very very see through when it gets soaked. bad bad. But other than that, it was such a wonderful time!!! And the food, incredible and in abundance! Gotta love it!!

Great report! I went to PV for the first time in April and had a blast! Sorry to hear about your Grandpa.

I am so glad that you and your family had a great time and found out how addicting pv is :D . My condolences on your grandfather. Im really glad your children enjoyed the dolphins I really enjoyed it to.Thanks for sharing your adventure with us. :D

Ramone - that was the name of the tour guide w/the canopy tour that was so awesome. :) So if you ever go, ask for him, and tell him that the little girl, McKenzi, that he carried back on his shoulders has made him famous here in Oregon, USA and all the little girls now think he is the romantic hero. lol too cute.
Thank you for all your kind words about my Grandpa. Its been a hard time and reality really set in when we got home. :(
But our trip was amazing and we all had a most wonderful time!!
