Villa del Palmar (PV) ----Anyone stayed here?

Hello eveyone.... We are going to PV in Oct. We have narrowed our choice of hotels to the Villa Del Palmar. We have read alot of reviews on Trip Advisor, however want to know if anyone has been there recently?
