Anyone have experience with Payless Car Rental?

Has anyone used this company before?
Is it close to the airport? Is there a shuttle to the lot?

I used them for the first time in Toronto last month. They were a little slow but I got a Ford Flex for cheap regular full-sized class. They were the lowest offer on CarRentals.com because I usually use Discount Car & Truck Rentals.
