Andrew, what price did you find and with what airline? Also, do you only want non-stop flights or is a layover somewhere do-able?

Flights
Out of Seattle flying midweek, Alaska is usually the cheapest as that is their hub, and they throw out sale fares from there all the time.

America West is another option; right now a midweek flight is about $150 cheaper than Alaska with a short stopover to change planes in Phoenix (about $400 with taxes).

Presidents Day is a busy time for flying so sales might be scarce. Keep checking both.
oops, i lied. its $350...
Alaska has flights from Sea to PVR for 290 R/T including all taxes. They have non stop flights early in the morning. I have found the easiest way to find them, is to look on Travelocity, using the flexible dates feature. Then when you find the flight times and dates that are available for that rate, then go to alaska air to book it. I booked mine for thurs arrival and departure in Feb. Good Luck
