hotel/airport transfers

Hi, I bought an all inclusive package to Las Palmas by the Sea resort
it says that transfers included (with full package).
How do I book a transfer? Or should I just present my voucher to someone at the airport at the timeof arrival?

Hi Keitysja , your tour rep will be waiting for you at the airport . They will check your voucher and get you on the correct transportation . Just a note of caution , a favourite time share tactic is to represent themselves as your tour rep and try to lure you in with their deception. The real tour rep will have your name on a list and will be expecting you . The time share people will start asking you about what tours you are interested in , etc. Good luck and enjoy your stay at Las Palmas. :)
