PV buses from airport to Nuevo V. and to downtown and back..

Hi! This is my first trip to Mexico/PV and I am wondering about taking the local bus from airport to Nuevo Vallarta and back, instead of a taxi, also to get to downtown from Nuevo Valarta and back to the hotel in Nuevo. Which buses do I have to look for and what do the tickets cost. Are the tickets sold on the bus? Any feedback is highly appreciated. Thanks..:-)

You can buy tickets on the ATM buses. The NV one will take you to the tunel turnoff in the Hotel Zone. I recall the rate is 20p. To return, catch it across from Coppel (Canto del Sol) or take a city bus to Walmart.

I think you have to cross the highway at the airport to catch it northbound.
