Buses run regularly from Nuevo to PV during the day but if you are planning on party well into the night in PV you will have to take a taxi back as the bus stops running aroung 10:00-11:00pm. I have no idea how much the taxi would be between Nuevo and PV so hopefully someone can answer that part.

Figure 40 min on the bus ($1.00 and worth it for the ride!!) and about $20 for the taxi - about 20 minutes.
