can anyone tell me how much a taxi might cost from the puerto vallarta airport to la manzanilla??

Mucho dinnero! You are talking about a 4 hour trip give or take a half hour. The problem is he wiil have to come back. Take the Bus. First class, restrooms. AC (take a jacket, snacks & a drink) Large reclining seats , movies mostly in English w/spanish sub titles. Under 200 pesos. Relax & enjoy the sights!

Bus depot is near the airport. Estrella Blanca bus leaves at 1:00 P.M.

do u know if there is another bus that leaves from pv to la manzanilla after 9 pm According to \"Lets Go Mexico\", Saint Martins Press (my Mexican Bible) there is a bus to Manzaillio at 11:30 P.M. ( 5 hours so a very late/early arrival) as wells as 1:00 P.M. & 4:00 P.M. Just curious where are you staying in Manzanillo?

Is La Manzanilla actually Manzanillo in this question, or this there a small town close to Vallarta called La Manzanilla? :?:

You may be correct.I missed the La. There are actually a couple of La Manzanillos along the coast including a relative new development (a gringo settlement in the making) in about where you are talking somewhat north of Meleque. so while I am sure they could still take the bus down 200 they will need transportation from the highway to the beach at La Manzanilla. I suggest they need to do a bit of research before going.

well we are actually staying in La Manzanilla and i have jsut found out that the times have changed and we will be getting in to PV at 12:15. So you say there is a bus that leaves at 4:00 p.m. to Manzanillo. I assume that would stop in Melaque, right? so we can take the 4:00?

davina More than it should as Taxi rates at the aeroport are fixed & inflated. I can not imagine it being over 50 pesos however. Downtown to the bus station cost me only 30 last year but as I say extra fee from the aeroport.
