Transportation from cruise ship to Guyabitos

We have friends who built a home in Guyabitos, about 45 minutes north of PV.

We will be in port on the Dawn Princess, and would like to visit them.

Anyone have any idea how much to hire a car and driver? There will be 4-6 of us.

Thank you. Well you will need a van or suburban as cabs are small for the most part. I would budget 100 to 150 USD for a all day trip including tip if he earns one. Be sure & offer him lunch if you stop to eat.
