i might add a few of my favs that are class and still kid friendly

la pettite france for one is great and if nach the owner is there the kids will have a blast

theres also a favourite casual fine dinning italian in old town la piazzetta the staff are funn and the birthday bash would be celebrated in true vallarta style

theres also barcelona tapas all of youwill love the view and the food is to go koo koo over
