"Economico" places we enjoy.

while i was building my restauraunt i frequented dianitas
just up the street from me

was kinda economicl 2 meals a day for 8 people for 3 months came to about 3000 dollars

and she makes the absolute best birria in the whole wide world

and i scooped her daughter who speeks perfect english to come and work for me in the high season

:( now shes going to guadalajara to be a doctor

im very proud of her

Ok Joyce you are incharge of planning a dining expedition for us to go on when we are there for the invasion of 2007... i think we might hit one or two of them before you guys get down and then hit the other two when you are in town, exchange notes, and then you can try the other two after we leave (if we leave, never know... :wink: :wink: )
