Any good *spicy* food?

I *love* hot, spicy food. I have been known to eat a raw Habanero and live to tell about it.
I had a Habanero shot of Tequila at Hotel California on my last Cabo trip and it was a piece of cake.
Are there any places that specialize in spicy food, or maybe a particur menu item I should order?

Beware that in Mexico and maybe Thailand, to mutter such words is to ask for trouble!! ;-) I have enough with the regular spicy they add, no need to add more... hehehe. Take care and good luck!
