I have caesar salad several times everytime I visit and have never once gotten sick. And I am not a resident (I wish!) so I am NOT resistant. It is just not a problem.

i whas thinking about the eggs in the grocerystore . how long are the eggs sitting outside on the floor in the stores ????1or 2 days or even longer ???in ottawa/canada we are making cesaer salad with moynaise ,what is not the rigth way !!!better safe then sorry !!!

Eggs do not need refrigeration, they will stay fresh for a couple of months. If they have been refrigerated they may not stay fresh afterwards. The idea of keeping them in a fridge was started by the refrigerator manufacturers to find something they could put into their doors.
I never put my eggs in the fridge and they certainly last longer than the milk.

i, also had a great salad at tequillas. my friend thinks it was someplace else and is still looking for i to this day.
