I think that the best mexican is Xitomates which is naw and located on morelos street infront of la casa del tequila. For the best shrimp and other seafood such as scallops and paella I would recommend BARCELONA TAPAS on 31 de oct and Matamoros. For mexican seafood vallarta style it would be OCHO TOSTADAS behind the stadium.
