Blue Shrimp

AM I THE ONLY PERSON ON EARTH THAT DID NOT LIKE THE BLUE SHRIMP. IT WAS JUST OK. NOT NEAR AS GOOD AS TEN OTHER PLACES I HAVE TRIED IN P.V. THE LAST 10 YEARS.

Good point, according tojust about everyone on this board the Blue Shrimp is the best resturant ever. Got to admit, been to PV 8 times and never tried it, always sought out traditional mexican places. We are planning to try the Blue Shrimp this trip just to get a handle on the hype, but still will seek out comida de mexicanos.

For what you get it is also expensive.

Sorry to hear your comments everybody...

but i will tell you this, Martin and his staff is TOPS on our list... when we were there back in February, we LOVED it... even when we went just for drinks.... we were treated like Kings and Queens... yes it is a little pricey but we have been coming to PV for better than 10 yrs and we have ate a lot of places too, but nobody has made feel more at home and welcomed than the Blue Shrimp... not even Cafe de Artiste or La Nube compare this well with us... the only place we like just as nicely is de Santos next door....
