Re:Cafe Des Artistes
We were in PV last week during the hurricane. We went with another couple who had been to Cafe Des Artistes the previous trip. They thought that it was better the last time they were there. The food was expensive ,French style, and only average. Service and atmosphere were great.Maybe we hit an off night. Our best meal was at the Porta Bella at the Marina.

Hi Hungry.
Eating at Cafe des Artistes will cost u something around 125 US$ for 2 including wine(maybe more if u look to the most expensive wine available there).
Re:Cafe Des Artistes
We ate there last November. The atmosphere is exceptional...but you walk through this cold feeling (steel and white) part of the restaurant and then are led into a tropical paradise. We ate very well and drank several bottles of wine. We also indulged in dessert and an after dinner sweet wine. The tab...$5000 pesos for 4 of us. I think that translates into $140 US each.

We ate there last week to celebrate our anniversary. Appetizers are in the $12-15 range. Some appetizers for two are $25. Entrees are in the $20-30 range. The wine list is very extensive but very expensive, even for run of the mill CA wines. But the atmosphere is beautiful, and the food we had (mussels in white wine, sea bass) was delicious. anniversary.
