Cafe des Artistes

Any thoughts on the Cafe des Artistes? We plan to go there to celebrate a 50th birthday. How dressy is it? And on a more general topic, how are restaurants on smoking, or more correctly, non-smoking options?

I would say it is casual elegant.... Lorrie and I usually dress very nicely for this place... when we have a special occassion there... Chef Therry Blout has a wonderful menu as well as some wonderful desserts... $$$$$$$$$$$$ but very nice....
