Cafeteria at Gigante supermarket has a complete breakfast for 24 pesos. Hamburger, fries and drink for 21 pesos. Hot dog, fries and drink for 16 pesos.

Cheapest PV Restaurants
The cheapest restaurants I know of in PV are on the second floor of the public market. There are about six different ones to choose from. Our favorite was la Salmontina, a no frills lunch was as little as 15 pesos.
