Any ideas for cooking classes in PV for the week of 5/26/06-06/03/06? I will be there with approx 16 faimly members and would love to take a one day class.

Hello,
We have two classes scheduled for June, the first and third Thursdays, the 1st and 18th.
Both will be Mexican food. On the 1st the menu will include the fabulously delicious \"chile en nogada\" and tortilla soup and side dishes.
On the 18th we will prepare mole and tamales and some other special dishes.
These are fun, hands on classes, and after the preparation we sit down to enjoy the meal with appropriately matched wines. Guaranteed fun and knowledge!
