2. Are they open

It is the Santa Barbara Theater. They are still working on their website but check it out.

Jennybean is right, The schedule that is up now on the website is for the current season. They opened for the season while I was down there in Oct/Nov. I am sure you will get a response and a week by week schedule from them in response to your email.
