The taxis are charging 100 pesos each way to Las Carmelitas (rainy season and the road is awful!)......
My suggestion is Barcelona Tapas! Great view, wonderful food and service!!! One of my top five restaurants in all of Vallarta.
Be sure to order the spicey shrimp and dip the homemade bread in the oil! Yum! and if they have creme brulee, save room!
