Hey there Bruce... I am sure people will have a million ideas for you...

but lately one of the things i have really enjoyed preparing and dininig on around here has been Lamb.... Rack of Lamb, Lamb Chops, Leg of Lamb as well as marinated shoulder steaks, or roasts.... I am sure we can come up with some excellent and flavorable ideas for these items.
