We just got back from PV and wanted to share with all a wonderful restaraunt we found. It has only been open 5 months and it is called Los Xitimates. They serve high Mexican cusine which I would call gourmet Mexican food. It was absolutely wonderful!
Mind you this is not a cheap place ($65 USD for 2 including drinks) but it was well worth the price. I had the Rib Eye with mushrooms and Epazote it was fantastic. My wife had the Flank steak with rajas de pablano and crema. The presentation was great, the appetizers are great as was the deserts and drinks. The atmosphere was very nice. We didnt have reservations so we did have to wait a while so you might want to make them.
