Most romantic & authentic mexican restaurant(s)?

I have been to Puerto Vallarta twice in the past year. The first time we went, we ate at the El Palomar de los Gonzalez. It is an absolutely incredible setting - very very romantic. We ate there twice in the first week we were there and when we went back this past Christmas, we ensured that we went there again and took some friends who were highly impressed. The food is excellent and the view is beautiful. You should really try to eat there.

Definitly La Palapa on Playa Los Muertos. Plan to arrive before the sunset!

Definately Le Cliff at sunset.
But be forwarned if you are on a budget eat before you go!
there is nothing economical about this place I had a gin and tonic there on my last trip and it was just short of $10.00 US.
To be honest the setting is beyond belief, just be ready to pay for it.
