Actually, skip the salsa. Order the guacamole made at your table, and dive into a giant marguerita, followed by a plate full of chilis rellenos.

My mouth is watering already.... where do you get this great guacomole? Made fresh at the table?

Just got back from PV yesterday. We had salsa and chips at every restaurant that we ate at. You can also ask for Salsa natural if you do not like the hot peppers.
