Off the beaten path

We will be in town on Jan 26 thru 29 .We like to get off the beaten path so, while in town we would like to go eat at some of the local places where the people that live there there go. Any help or direction would be great.....

And of course any sidewalk taco stand that has a huge crowd gathered around!
